Rodney - I tend to agree as well. I do like articles that make you think however. One great use of the elliptical is running in reverse. I have used it to strengthen muscles used for back-pedaling from the Deep Wing positions.

		<description>I disagree.  Last year I lost 10 lbs using an elliptical.  But like anything else, eventually you&#039;ll plateau if you don&#039;t change up the levels and amounts of time.  Granted, you may not get totally ripped and lost 30 lbs in 90 days, but you can maintain your current fitness level, and see results at first if you are not doing any fitness at all.</description>

the funny thing is...while reading Craig&#039;s TT rant about elliptical machines I couldn&#039;t help but notice the google ads on your site pushing elliptical machines for 50% off!!

That is the problem with adsense and google ads...while you might be making some money from them, they are contradicting what you are saying.
