Countless officials have gotten their start in the Heartland under Larry’s tutelage and many have risen on to greater heights at the DI and NFL levels. Many more still yet to make their mark. All, however, who cross through Larry’s conference will be both trained and prepared. Larry Snyder runs the Heartland DIII conference like its an BCS DI conference and because of his tireless dedication to and pursuit of excellence, we are all better football officials as a result.
