The 2011 NCAA Football Rulebook is now available. You will most likely receive a small handbook if you belong to the CFO but I also like to take this PDF to my local printer or Staples and have them spiral-bind me a large copy. Here’s another trick….split up the approved rulings by chapter and locate the AR following the chapter in the rulebook. So Rule 7 would be followed by AR’s for Rules 7. This makes flipping back and forth easier.
