The Fitness for Football Officials Collection

edJanuary was Fitness for Football Officials month. After receiving tons of emails, Facebook messages and Twitter Tweets about the topic of fitness and being in top physical condition I decided to make Fitness the theme for a month.

I reached out to my friend Craig Ballentyne to be a guest blogger for a month. Craig is a fitness guru who writes a column for Men’s Fitness and is the creator of the Turbulence Training workout program (which I follow).
